Condensing Gas Boilers Important Information
A condensing boiler takes a lot more usable heat from its fuel than a non-condensing boiler. Its high very high operating efficiency is made feasible by the design of the condensing boiler's larger - or sometimes dual - heat exchanger.

If your boiler is newer than 15 years old then it is likely to be more efficient so it will save you less if you replace it.
